Accommodation

Accommodation arrangement is available. Our travel agency, Tokyo Industry Consortia, will help you to arrange the accommodation at AITCC (The symposium venue). Please download the Accommodation Reservation Form and e-mail to Mr. Akehiro Konta by 23 October.

Please note that the number of room at AITCC is limited, therefore there is a possibility that room at AITCC may not be available. In that case, we will make reservation at alternative place (Asia Airport Hotel etc.).

For cancellations made after 14 days prior to the reservation date or no shows, a full one night room rate will be charged.

For supported presenters, please do NOT send this document to travel agency. Travel agency will arrange accommodation separately.

Visa Application

According to the Interior Ministerial Announcements, passport holders from 28 countries and territories may apply for visas at the immigration checkpoints for the purpose of tourism for the period of not exceeding 15 days. For further details, please see the website.

Transport Information

Access to AITCC (Thai/English)

Suvarnabhumi International Airport to AIT

AIT is located 50 km north of Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Transport from the Airport is available by Airport Limousine (Baht 2,000, approx. US$ 53 for Minivan, for 4-6 pax and Baht 1,500, approx. US$ 40 for sedan, for 2-3 pax). Taxi service is available on the 1st floor (Meter taxi, Baht 600 not including highway fee).

Please inform the airport booking counter or the Taxi driver to go to "AIT-Thammasat, Rangsit".

Public bus transports, taxis and airport limousines are also available from the airport to AIT. A meter taxi from central Bangkok will cost a minimum of Baht 300 depending on traffic conditions at the time.
