Call for Abstract

Abstract of oral presentations should be prepared according to the following template;

  Deadline: July 31st, 2022 Extended to August 15th, 2022

A copy of response will be sent immediately as an acknowledgement.
SEAWE-13 will NOT provide symposium proceedings.

Financial Assistance for Young Presenters

Financial support "Excellent Abstract Award with international travel support" is given to the selected, young oral presenters from developing countries (The country here does not mean the nationality but the place of residence). The support will cover the air tickets and the accommodation.
The age limit is not more than 35 years old. It does not apply to presenters who join from Japan or Thailand.
After the Scientific Programme Committee carefully evaluates the abstracts that meet the above criteria, we will contact the corresponding author for the financial support.

  • The organizers selected the awardees from all abstracts submitted by young presenters.(Sep 29, 2022)
  • The organizers sent the evaluation result (Acceptance with/without travel support) to each young presenter. (Sep 30, 2022)

Applications for financial assistance, whether youth or professional, are NOT accepted.
