Registration Fee and Payment Method

12,000 JPY for all participants
(no discount for students or participants from developing countries)

Credit card payment only.

Registration and Fee Payment Deadline

• October 23 (Sun), 2022: for presenting participants with travel support *
• October 31 (Mon), 2022: for other presenting participants *
• Novemeber 20 (Sun), 2022: for other participants

* If you do not register by the above deadline, your presentation could be removed from the final program.

Receipt and Invitation letter

Upon registration and fee payment, you will receive a confirmation and receipt email.
A receipt in the pdf file and an invitation letter will be sent to you later after we confirm the payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you find that you cannot attend the symposium after registration and fee payment, please contact the symposium secretariat by email.
However, there will be no reimbursement of your registration fee after your registration.
